Delivery Policy

Selected designs are available for free delivery across Australia, with a typical arrival time within 7 business days. To find what’s ready for immediate shipping, use the Availability filter on our category pages.

Jewellery to be shipped from Sri Lanka may take up to three weeks and will include a shipping fee.

RETURNS POLICY

We’re confident you’ll fall in love with your Allure Crafted Silver jewellery. However, if you need to make a return, we’re here to assist.

Jewellery can be returned within 60 days of receipt for a refund, provided the following conditions are met:

Return Conditions

The jewellery must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.

All returns will be inspected upon arrival, and acceptance is at the discretion of Allure Crafted Silver.

How to Return Your Item

1. Send us a message with the details of your return, including a photo of the item you wish to return.

2. You’ll receive an email from us with a Return Authorisation form and instructions, including the return address.

3. Place the completed form inside your parcel, along with the item.

4. Drop off your parcel at your nearest Post Office, and you’re all set! We’ll handle the rest once your return reaches us.

Please Note:

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty.

The safe arrival of your return is important to us, but it’s your responsibility until we receive it. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure it reaches us safely.
